The Dr. explained everything clearly about the problem area and the surgery. I left Dr. Cowles office wishing he was my son’s Pediatrician. Great bedside manner with the patient and the parent.

The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, showed great patience answering all of my questions and concerns in detail, and was fully supportive of both me and my daughter. Everyone treated my 8yr old daughter as the “patient” - asking her questions first and giving her a voice before asking me to fill in the details. This was the most impressive doctor visit I’ve brought my child to. I wish I was able to reply to previous posts, especially when the mother admits it’s her failure as a mother for not attending the pre-surgical visits. I had a MUCH different experience and find it hard to believe that the surgeon (Dr. Cowles) would do anything other than provide outstanding support and procedural expertise.
